Janaki is an HR professional from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and has spent the last 30 years of her life working in core Human Resource areas in various sectors. A corporate trainer, a certified Coach, an entrepreneur with primarily an interest in community development, Janaki successfully ran a community bookstore called twistntales in Pune after her stint in Corporate HR. She has now decided to focus her HR skills in the Social Sector. She works closely with schools, colleges and University departments in curriculum development to include gender sensitivity issues as well as life-skills, to prepare the students of the future.
She works closely with Corporate HR on diversity and sensitisation training (gender, disability) and to help create the new healthy professional workplace. These include training and communication initiatives and designing e-learning modules.
Janaki is a certified Executive Coach affiliated to the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Shankar Seetharaman is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has over 35 years of experience as a practising chartered accountant in the FMCG, Telecom and IT industries. He currently engages with Indus Software Solutions as a full time Director.
Shankar enjoys his dalliance with sports and takes to it either to participate, cheer or as an armchair athlete. He also loves nature and driving, riding and any travel. His weekly activity includes a few rounds of the sport “where is my phone” which can include all that he enjoys.
Lakshmi Kumar is the Founder Director of The Orchid School, Baner. Trained in the field of Family and child counselling, she has set up schools that are child centric and processes that support holistic development of the child. She is passionate about counselling, child guidance, training parents and teachers for nurturing children with sensitivity. Working with people is her passion. She is also an Inter cultural training specialist and is the Coordinator of the Sweden-India project.
